Position Objective:

More Smiles Wisconsin (MSW) is looking for a compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team on a full-time basis. Since 2009, MSW, a 501(c)(3) non-profit clinic has been providing affordable dental care to low-income residents in South Central Wisconsin that is now expanding to include behavioral health care as part of our mission. This is newly created position that will be instrumental in the launch of the new behavioral health program at MSW!

 

We are seeking a master’s Level Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent). MSW offers a fun-filled, caring, and relaxed work environment that values work-life balance and is highly focused on patient outcomes, not numbers. A minimum of one year employment in the field preferred, applicant must pass required background checks.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Support MSW leadership in the DHS 35 certification process and program implementation

  • Complete intakes and on-going evaluations

  • Participate in monthly behavioral health calls, work collaboratively with the supervisor to best determine overall treatment for each individual

  • Assist in planning and implementing goals of the program

  • Provide necessary preparation of documentation, records and reports

Job Details:

  • This position is being offered at 34–36 hours per week.

  • The range of pay for this position is between $35–$38 per hour based on experience.
